    Matt has over 8 years of Personal Training and working in fitness facility experience. He prides himself in being able to work with a large variety of individuals. His current clients range from Division 1 athletes to ninety years old and everything in-between. His own personal weight loss journey has helped him guide and relate to individuals looking to start their own fitness journeys. Matt focuses on safe progressive workouts for clients. Using periodization in his programming to improve strength, mobility and endurance.

    ISSA certified personal trainer. Registered Nurse of over 10 years. Bachelor of Science in Nursing from SUNY Delhi. Currently a student at SUNY Binghamton completing a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. AED/BLS/CPR/ACLS certified. 

    With over a decade of experience as a registered nurse, She had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, witnessing firsthand the challenges that arise from neglecting one’s health. Her passion for fitness started in her teen years and has only intensified over time. As a personal trainer, her mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health and prevent injury through tailored fitness programs. It’s not just about building strength or losing weight; it’s about creating a future where you are in command of your well-being.
